LED Hut Product Warranties

At LEDHut, we want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products.
Rather than having one blanket warranty for all items, we provide product-specific warranties — clearly shown on each individual product page.

This page explains how our warranties work and what to expect.

1. Warranty Lengths

Every product has its own warranty period.
You’ll find this displayed on the product page under “Warranty” or “Specifications”.

This approach means you always know the exact cover provided for your specific item.

Typical examples include:

• LED lamps: 1–2 years

• LED panels: 3–5 years

• High bays and commercial fittings: 2–5 years

But always refer to the individual product page, as warranty periods vary by model and manufacturer.

2. What Our Warranties Cover

If a product develops a fault during its warranty period, we will:

• Replace the item like-for-like (or closest equivalent)

• Offer a repair where applicable

• Provide a refund if a replacement is not available

Warranties cover:

• Manufacturing defects

• Early failures

• Premature LED failure

• Faulty drivers or internal components

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation

• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

• Wear and tear

• Water damage where the product is not IP-rated for the environment

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, please email:

Include:

• Your order number

• Product name

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos (helps us diagnose quickly)

Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps.

4. Warranty Process

Once your claim is assessed:

1. We may ask for the item to be returned for testing

2. We will arrange a replacement or repair

3. If the item is discontinued, we will offer:

   • The closest alternative

   • Or a refund

We aim to resolve warranty claims as quickly as possible — typically within 5–7 working days.

5. Products Purchased Before 19 November 2025

LED Hut was acquired by Seven LED on 19 November 2025.

If you purchased your product before this date, your warranty remains with the previous operator, Supreme Imports Ltd.

However:

➡️ We will always try to help and point you in the right direction
➡️ For small, low-cost items we may offer a goodwill replacement where practical
➡️ Legal responsibility for historic warranties does not transfer to Seven LED

If you’re unsure when your product was purchased, we can help you verify it.

6. Commercial & Trade Projects

For bulk or commercial project orders, warranty terms may vary depending on:

• Project requirements

• Manufacturer warranty

• Specific batch or driver type

These details will be discussed during quoting and confirmed on your invoice.
